Inspired by real disastrous dates from Facebook fans, the witty and hilarious I Made Out With Him Anyway is a comedic web series that depicts first dates with… how do we put this delicately?… men and women who are single for a reason. A man who only talks about his bromance, a woman who has some “interesting” roommates, a man with the worst apartment ever, and a woman with possibly the most “unsexy” news to share.
Produced by Nick Hoffa (Jericho, Cold Case) and TV/sketch comediennes Evie Peck (Brothers & Sisters, Dollhouse, Gilmore Girls) and Kirstin Eggers (series regular, upcoming ABC series), the web series developed out of their popular live comedy show in Los Angeles, in which Eggers and Peck reenacted dating experiences submitted by fans. They had so many great stories that they decided to shoot some.
Bad dates are hilarious… when they happen to other people.
