Created by Danielle Earle, the CEO and founder of PL Entertainment, On The Scene is an online show dedicated to profiling the best “unsigned” musical artists in New York City and the UK. For those of you who have never made it to the Lower East Side or to the Bitter End in New York City, this show will bring you into the hip independent music scene, where some of the strongest and most original acts have played out each night for decades. The show mixes intimate interviews with live performance footage, with a clear appreciation for the process of making music. Some of the artists profiled in Season 1 are: 6 Day Riot in the studio in London, Hailey Wojcik at The Cake Shop, Jukebox the Ghost at the Bell House, Rachel Browne at McCarren Park, The Paper Raincoat at the Mercury Lounge, and Dana Alexander at the Bitter End.
